BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Aspen Grove Wellness has a deep commitment to working with individuals to maximize their insurance benefits. While our practice does accept clients who are looking to pay out-of-pocket, we are primarily an insurance based practice. This means that we submit claims directly to your insurance carrier, reducing the administrative burden of affording high-quality mental healthcare.

Our providers are in-network with a range of health insurance companies, including but not limited to Blue Cross Blue Shield (Anthem, CareFirst, Federal), United HealthCare, UMR, Cigna, Aetna, Peak Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Allegeant, and Continental. Please note that our providers are not in-network with any Medicare or Medicaid plans, including sub-plans of any commercial insurances.

Prior to your first appointment, we recommend that you contact your insurance company to determine any out-of-pocket expenses you may have for the services you receive from Aspen Grove Wellness (such as deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurance).
